Drop offs and collections

Drop offs and collections

Firstly, can we thank you for working with us to try and maintain social distancing on the school playground. For most of the school, the drop off/collection systems in place are working. However, after feedback from parents and from seeing the systems in place we need to make some changes to the year 3 and 4 drop offs and collections.

From tomorrow morning, if your child is in year 3 or 4, please say goodbye at any gate (unless your child has specific needs). The children will then line up in their allocated class area on the KS2 playground. There will be members of staff on the playground to support this.

The children have had a practise today so they all know where they should line up with their class. The class teacher will then bring the children in their class into school at 9.05am.

At the end of the school day, the children will be brought to the same places on the KS2 playground. Please wait in your allocated parent /carer zone and your child will come to you.

We please ask that you stick to your allocated times. We also ask that you please remain vigilant with social distancing in order to keep our whole school community as safe as possible.  I hope you understand that this is a challenging time for us all but safety remains our top priority and we will continue to adjust systems as we need.

Thank you for your continued support.
