The Summer Play Scheme Group for disabled children and young people between 5 and 18 years of age are once again being organised by Wakefield Council. We have a long track record of successful schemes and receive great feedback from our attendees.
To apply for a place, please visit the Wakefield Local Offer Website by clicking the link below. Here you can find provider information, a Preference Form, “All About Me” and consent form which needs to be completed in full and returned before the deadline on Monday 20th June 2022.

Due to the high demand for places, we cannot guarantee that everyone who applies will be allocated a place. Places will be allocated based on suitability and availability (on a first come, first-served basis).
We are pleased to announce that following additional funding, children and young people who are eligible for Free School Meals can now attend the Summer Play Scheme Group free of charge.
If your child already receives support through Specialist Short Breaks, they will not be able to apply for a place on the summer groups.
