Let's Connect

 

This week is Children's Mental Health Week, Mrs Fowles - our Senior Mental Health Lead, led an assembly this morning to introduce the theme of 'Let's Connect.'

 

She read Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson and some of the children worked together to make connections with Lego, Unifix and ribbon. Mrs Fowles talked about all the connections we have with other people in the world.

 

Finally, they enjoyed listening to the song 'We Are All In This Together.'

We raised an amazing £335.35 for the charity Place2Be by 'Dressing to express'. Here are some examples of the kinds of activities that we did throughout the week.
