Let's Connect
This week is Children's Mental Health Week, Mrs Fowles - our Senior Mental Health Lead, led an assembly this morning to introduce the theme of 'Let's Connect.'
She read Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson and some of the children worked together to make connections with Lego, Unifix and ribbon. Mrs Fowles talked about all the connections we have with other people in the world.
Finally, they enjoyed listening to the song 'We Are All In This Together.'
Wednesday 25th January 2023
This morning the children came into assembly to calming images and music.
Mrs Fowles (our Senior Mental Health Lead) introduced the Mental Health Team in school and our new Well-Being Champions shared their Pledge and talked about how they would support the children.
Finally, the children watched an informative video for school children which is also on our What is Mental Health? page on the website.
