Our well being champions

Well-Being Champion Pledge

 

We pledge that we will volunteer our time and be approachable. 

We will respect you and your thoughts and we will listen.

We will promote the 5 ways to well-being to help you to take care of yourself. 

We will demonstrate kindness and signpost you to other people in school that might be able to help you. 

We look forward to being there for you.

On the 17th October our Well being champions had training on what Anxiety is and helpful strategies with Becky from Future in mind
