Dear Parents/Carers,
As we continue to have cases of confirmed Covid-19 in school, can we please remind you to take your child for a PCR test if they have any of the ‘typical’ symptoms and keep your child off school until you have received a negative result.
As children of primary age, and many adults too, don’t usually display ‘typical’ symptoms it would really help us in school to keep the infection rate lower if we catch cases early. Therefore could we please ask that you also arrange for your child to have a PCR test if they have a sore throat, feeling ‘unwell’, unusually tired/low on energy, flu like symptoms or a cold that is bad enough to keep them off school. I hope you can work with us to help us to do everything possible to prevent the spread of the virus.
