As part of the ongoing pilot that is allowing members of the household bubbles of staff and students to collect self-test kits from the school, Test & Trace have created a short survey to better understand your views of self-testing for Covid-19.
This short survey is for members of the household bubbles of students and staff. This includes those currently taking part in regular testing as well as those that are not. It should take between 5 and 10 minutes and we would be very grateful if you could share your thoughts and help contribute to the improvement of Government services.
At the end of the survey you will have the option of providing your email so that you may be contacted to discuss your thoughts further. Anyone who is chosen to participate in a short follow up call with receive a £20 voucher as a thank you for their contribution and help.
